Order Assistance and Tracking

At The Mitolyn, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, simple, and stress-free. This page explains how to get help with your order and how to track your shipment every step of the way.


1. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your order number

  • Items purchased

  • Shipping address

  • Billing details

  • Estimated processing time

If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.


2. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing times may be slightly longer during major sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been dispatched.


3. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send you an email containing:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment

  • Carrier information (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.)

You can use this tracking number at any time to check the delivery status.

If your tracking number does not update immediately, don’t worry—carriers typically take 24–48 hours to display movement.


4. Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, we recommend:

  1. Checking the tracking link for updates

  2. Verifying that the shipping address was entered correctly

  3. Allowing 24–48 hours for new scans from the carrier

If your package shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, your building office, or household members

  • Look around your property for alternate delivery locations

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us immediately for assistance.


5. Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change your address, update your order, or cancel it, please reach out as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.


6. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product or packaging (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue quickly.
